Our Designer, Richard Harmes, has gained high-profile status through experience as an award winning Head Gardener and Garden designer working in some of the UKs most prestigious private and commercial gardens.
In his own words Garden Design is Richard's true passion. " I have worked for 20 years as a Head Gardener and Gardens Manager for some very prestigious gardens across the UK. I have excelled in this role being voted as UKs top 100 Head Gardener in 2022, 23 and 24. I loved my role as I am a very passionate horticulturist. Design was always part of my job and passion and I would design huge areas of the gardens as well as large commercial projects. I truly believe the best designers are those who really understand gardens, as they not only design a beautiful space they also approach the design from a place that ensures the garden is sustainable and will continue to thrive for many years to come."
